Instead, we gather every unique mash bill distilled within the six-month season and develop a blend that reflects that specific period’s character.” This approach ensures each Bottled in Bond release is a one-of-a-kind experience.
Wheated Whiskeys Take Center Stage
The Spring 2020 blend shines a spotlight on Chattanooga Whiskey’s acclaimed wheated recipe. Three distinct versions (B005, B005v2, and B005v3) make an appearance, featuring innovative malted wheats and malted barleys never before used in this mash bill. Notably, these grains include Tennessee-grown malted wheat, honey malted barley, and a touch of cherrywood smoked malted barley.
